Price follows what your books actually take: transaction volume, how many accounts are involved, whether there is payroll or inventory, and how many systems have to reconcile to each other.
We do not publish a number, because a price quoted before anyone has opened your file is a guess. The review is free and it produces a real one.
You will see one number on your invoice. We will show you exactly what is inside it.

Deb Hellman is a degreed accountant with more than 25 years across corporate accounting and her own practice. She has run Hellman Enterprises since 2011, serving small and mid-sized businesses nationwide.
A good share of her work arrives referred by CPAs. They are the ones who need a client's books fixed, and then kept clean.
She works alongside your CPA rather than around them. And she will tell you the thing you do not want to hear, because the one time that matters, it is the whole value.
Questions we get
How much does a bookkeeper cost?
It depends on what your books actually take: transaction volume, how many bank and credit card accounts are involved, whether there is payroll or inventory, and how many systems have to reconcile to each other. We quote after a free review rather than publishing a number, because a price given before anyone has opened your file is a guess.
My books are years behind. Is that a problem?
No. It is the most common reason people call. We start with a review to see how far back it goes and what condition it is in, then quote a fixed price for the catch-up. Years behind is a scope question, not a judgment.
Do you work with my CPA?
Yes, and much of our work comes referred by CPAs. We handle the monthly bookkeeping and the close. Your CPA handles tax. Clean books make their job faster and your bill smaller.
Do you do taxes?
No. We are bookkeeping and accounting only. What we produce is a set of financials your CPA can file from without doing cleanup work first.
Are you local, or can you work with businesses anywhere?
Both. We are based in Rogers, Arkansas and serve Northwest Arkansas locally, but all of our work is done remotely and most of our clients are elsewhere in the country.
What accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop primarily, plus the inventory and e-commerce systems that connect to them. If you are already running something, we will usually work in what you have rather than move you.
What happens in the free books review?
We look at your actual file, not a questionnaire. You get a straight read on what is accurate, what is not, and what it would take to fix, whether or not you hire us.
How do I know you will not disappear like the last one?
Fair question, and the honest answer is a contract and a track record rather than a promise. Deb has clients who have been with her for a decade. Ask them.
